Be Cool Roof Coatings is determined to make sure that every neighborhood in Philadelphia is Cool Coated!  For over a year now, we have partnered with The  Partnership Community Development Center (CDC), located at 40th Street and Market, helping low-income residents become aware of the benefits of Cool Roofs as well as having Cool Roof.  With the help from Steve Williams, Director of The Partnership CDC, Be Cool coated two roofs for a few West Philly residents and two small business owner’s.
