Be Cool Roof Coatings not only specializes in Cool Coatings, but we also do traditional roof repairs to stop water leaks!  In fact, on most roofs in Philadelphia, there is almost always a repair that has to be done prior to having your roof Cool Coated.  This job was a referral from a past Be Cool customer who had their roof Cool Coated, and one of their neighbor’s had been having water damage in rooms on their third and second story floor.  We came, identified the problem, fixed it and no more leaks.  They now want Be Cool to turn their old, outdated Silver roof into a more energy-efficient Cool Roof!
