This 1100 square foot house, in the Graduate Hospital section of Philadelphia, was a perfect choice for BeCoolRoofCoatings.  The homeowners had already invested in energy efficient windows and insulation, but the hot summer months were forcing them to run the air conditioner more than they needed or wanted.

The coating took just one day, and while we were at it we helped to seal a persistent roof leak that had been “solved” by about four different roofers!  After coating the roof, energy usage during warmer days plummeted, saving hundreds of dollars per year and creating a comfortable environment in the home.
